For the fourth year running, leading international speakers will descend on Sydney for the two-day World Business Forum (31 May – 1 June) to reveal how to thrive in a world where change is accelerating and competitive advantages are increasingly transient. With new technologies emerging faster than ever before, the esteemed line-up of speakers will argue that those who anticipate change and act will flourish.

Founder of Wikipedia Jimmy Wales will investigate business in a connected and collaborative world and share how businesses need to adapt to compete and innovate in a world that is increasingly open and collaborative.
Rosabeth Moss Kanter has been named among the 50 most powerful women in the world by The Times of London. Through compelling examples from global organisations, Rosabeth will examine how business leaders are creating innovation, growth and social good. She will share the six facets of organisational logic that aide in sustainable competitive advantage.

The World Business Forum have announced the introduction of a Diversity Panel, where Melbourne Business School Associate Dean Jody Evans will facilitate a discussion with prominent Australian leaders. The panel will examine and discuss why incorporating Diversity & Inclusion is a critical component for organisations corporate culture, and why organisations are slow to adapt despite strong evidence in favour of diversification within the workforce, especially at management and board level.
