Yellow Tie Hospitality Management, an India-based Food & Beverages (F&B) Franchise Management Company, introduces American Heritage brand Genuine Broaster Chicken to the city of Kolkata. The latest outlet will be launched on 23rd November, 2016, and will be inaugurated by serial entrepreneur Karan Tanna and talented Bengali actressPaoli Dam. The event will also witness the presence of well-known industry expert Mr. Prasenjit Roy, who is the investor for GBC’s Kolkata outlet.
The unveiling of GBC’s latest QSR chain in the City of Joy comes just months following the launch of its 3rd QSR outlet in Surat, Gujarat. With its swift expansion plans, the brand boasts of becoming a 50 outlet chain by 2017. Customers from all walks of life will get to explore a host of different fusion cuisines with GBC like Happy Fried chicken, Indie MakhniFranchos, etc. However, the special offering in the menu is ‘Green’ PalakPaneerand ‘Red’ Lamb Rogan Josh Burgerburger by Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi who is also the brand ambassador of GBC.

GBC’s territory partner in Kolkata is Mr. Amit Mukherjee. Its first outlet is located in Andheri West, Mumbai, second in Raipur, and the third outlet is in Surat. The fourth QSR chain in Kolkata will be spread across 600 square feet and will be located in 3B, U.N Brahmachari Street, Shop C, Kolkata- 700017. The restaurant will follow a self-service format. No alcohol will be served.
