ASSOCHAM organised a day long program focussing on pre-school education, schooling and higher education. The deliberations centred around quality in education, technological disruption that can take sector forward and the holistic education and engagement of educators from pre-school level.
The program had presence of Shri Tamal Mukherjee, Chairman School Education Council of ASSOCHAM, Shri Taranjit Singh, Chairman JIS Group, Chairman Eastern region education council, ASSOCHAM, Mr. Meghdut Roychoudhury, Director – Global Operations, Techno India, Mr. Samit Ray | Chairman, ADMAS Group, Mr. Miraj D Shah | Vice Chairman, bhawanipur Education Society.
Program was also supported by Calcutta Chamber of Commerce and on the occasion Shri Dinesh Jain, President Calcutta Chamber extended welcome to Hon’ble Minister on behalf of both the chambers.
Mrs Perminder Jeet Kaur, Director ASSOCHAM said that the knowledge report by ASSOCHAM provides a ready reference of the current state of affairs and the recommendations are for all stake hodlers to jointly take responsoblity to take the sector forward
She also said the program deliberations will also be consolidated and key points will be submitted to the ministry and all stake holders as all stakeholders must recognize that holistic education which underpins the above framework can only be achieved if everyone works collaboratively for our Children.
