The Taiwan Industry Enhancement Project (IEP) will take part in 25th Convergence India 2017 starting from Feb 8th – 10th at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre in New Delhi and sets up the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion to showcase 47 leading Taiwanese brands, 124 smart products themed ‘A world of new opportunities’ in innovative technology and smart solution industry. “Taiwan Excellence”, which represents the innovative and technological image of Taiwan’s competitive industries, is a symbol of reliability, innovation and super value. Taiwan Excellence award winning products which will facilitate and fit into the “smart cities” and “digital India” concept. Though this unique platform, TAITRA would like to help Taiwan Excellence Brands seek more networking opportunities and thriving their business in India.

Therefore, in addition to Taiwan Excellence promotion campaign in India, under the instruction of Taiwan’s Bureau of Foreign Trade, TAITRA has launched the Taiwan Product Centers (TPC) project in Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai as part of the Taiwan government’s New Southbound Policy. The TPC project serves as an extension of the Taiwan Excellence campaign to introduce the great merit of Taiwan brand products to India consumers. TAITRA, through the three marketing centers will facilitate in showcasing Taiwanese brands to dealers and distributors, who in turn, will market these products with local companies. We believe this is a mutually beneficial opportunity for both Taiwanese brands as well as Indian consumer market.
The three centers display Taiwan-made products and components that include medical supplies, industrial tools, components for machines, auto & bike parts, educational toys, magnetic parts, equipment for freezing, environmental supplies along with houseware and kitchenware.
