Karate World Cup 2018 kicks off in Kolkata

The Karate World Cup 2018 which was organized by: SKAI in Association with WUKF,
WKKF, OKKKA  was held  from 29th – 30th December 2018 at Netaji Indoor Stadium,Kolkata ,West Bengal, India. Karate World Cup 2018 which is first time happening in India is the ultimate game of Karate for all styles and practices and is the biggest Platform for all the talented karateka from all over the world. This was pure selection based game of Karate which gave the participant  International Exposure and World Class experience to all Participants of the Karate World Cup 2018.Different States from India participated in this this prestigious event.
Winners were honoured with Medals, Prizes and Certificates and Participation Certificate will be provided for all Participants. A Pure Silver Karate World Cup Trophy  was provided to the Champion of the Champion / Grand Champion / Karate World Cup Title Winner.

Karate World Cup, 2018 is an initiative in collaboration with several governing bodies of karate and other recognized associations which is planned to hold in every 4 years interval to create a global value of Karate as Sports. Karate World Cup 2018 is not only an umbrella
platform for all the styles of Karate, but this would play an important role to spread brotherhood in among all International Countries of the World.
Chief Guest who were present at the championship were Mrs.Madhvi Agarwal-Youth Affairs Ministry,SwapanBanerjee,General Secretary of Bengal Olympic Association as well as Bodh Narayan Yadav, President of Sports Karate Association of India.In his address, Bodh Narayan Yadav said such competitions provide opportunities to the players to demonstrate their talent.
