Recently , Ayesha Noor, a 20-year old from Kolkata, who has bagged three gold medals at the international level and two at the national level in Karate felicitated all the Journalists who had supported and encouraged her all the time.The event was organised by World Mixed Martial Art Council .TV journalist Karuna Buakamsri from Thailand,Giovanni Siliberto, Cinematographer from Italy were also honoured . They had come to Kolkata to make a documentary on the inspiring journey of Ayesha Noor for Thai Television.
Kalpana pradhan ( BBC News) who was present there spoke highly of Ayesha. Sk Golam Rabbani, National Vice President encouraged Ayesha to bring more medals for India.
M A.ALI the coach of Ayesha said Ayesha teaches karate free of cost to girls at Ramlila Park. Her aim is to with a teach 2 lakh girls every year..Ayesha was honoured by the Government of United States for Hero of Gender Equality and a documentary film was also being made titled “Girl Connected” . Ayesha Noor has fought epilepsy and poverty to become the world renowned Black Belt in Karate. Sometimes people gather and manage to arrange for funds, but most of it goes in buying my medicines. M A ALI urged the government to come forward and support Ayesha so that she can bring more laurels for the country.
