Speaking on the occasion, Gursharan Singh Cheema, Sr. Vice President, North & East, Amway India said, “We feel privileged to have conducted the awareness workshop on for Howrah Police. At Amway also, we advocate optimal nutrition philosophy that includes adequate exercise, balanced diet, positive thinking, adequate rest and proper supplementation. We also believe in taking a “whole foods” first approach to one’s diet making sure one is eating a variety of fruits and vegetables. However it is often difficult to get the nutrients one needs from the diet alone in today’s hectic lifestyle, which is why supplementation can help to fill in any gaps”*.
