ANUDIP’S DIYA PROJECT SECURES BRIGHT FUTURE TO ITS 194 STUDENTS

Anudip’s flagship training programe – DIYA (Digital Inclusion of Young Aspirants) is mainstream technology-driven skills development program for at-risk youth, building a pathway to secure digital livelihood. It offers a fully digitized learning experience with employer-driven courseware delivered in a high-tech, blended-learning environment. DIYA is designed for careers in e-commerce, logistics, retail, mobile payments, banking and finance, telecom and other sectors.

Anudip recently organized mega job fair where more than 500 graduates under DISHA program who were trained at Anudip’s Bengal Skill and Career Development Centres participated. The digitally skilled graduates got the opportunity to directly connect with potential employers and demonstrate their skills to them. Renowned companies like IIMI, Intelenet Global Services, Sun TV, Dabur India, Flipkart, HDB Global, Writer Safeguard, Polar Fan, Bharat matrimony ltd, Tech Mahindra, Sparsh and iMerit Technology Pvt. Ltd were invited to strategically outsource from Anudip’s digitally skilled workforce.

194 career aspirants grabbed instant job offers from reputed brands through on-the-spot job interviews and simultaneous pre-counselling and short listing sessions.

Through Anudip’s innovative technology-driven project DIYA – ‘Digital Inclusion of Young Aspirants’ – these participating youth has been equipped with necessary digital, IT, Financial Literacy, Web Designing, Social Media Marketing, MOS (Microsoft Operating System), Cashless Transactions, Manufacturing Automation, e-Commerce, English along with other effective ancillary skills to tap new-age job roles as Web Designers / Developers, Networking professionals, Tech Support Executives, Process Associates, Tally and accounts Associates, Retail Managers and alike. This will be the 19thDISHA conducted by Anudip’s Corporate Relationship Cell, which has a stellar 75% placement success record providing customized workforce to its 350+ employer partners.
